Just making a point about the cost of land with good mule deer habitat (which really seems to be the crux of this thread). Ill bet the prairie land that have those big beautiful muley-laden coulees we see on TV so often isn't cheap either, and they can be in the middle of nowhere as well....I've never hunted bogs for mule deer.
Again, just pointing it out to our friend that was laughing at the thought of $4,500/acre land.
