Check out a china box (caja) I plan on building one this summer for our company golf tournament.

Looks easy enough to build, its portable and less hassle than in ground or spit type roasting.

I did look at these and actually had the pork from one last summer. Was pretty good, but I'm looking for a spit style roaster. It adds a bit of atmosphere at our parties, but is definately more work.

Default BBQ Country

Bought one a few years back from BBQ Country! Works great! Even comes on roller wheels and I think it was around $300.00

Halford hide and Leather in Edmonton sells Louisiana Grills, they have one model that will do a full size pig. These are pellet grills.
Another place to check out is Mckinley Taylor in Edmonton as well, they will custom build to you specs....amazing workmanship.
