Default Butcher & packer supplies

Anybody out there use their Jerky, pepperoni and sausage seasoning ? Is there better out there?
What and where would you recommend I get?
Thanks for the help.

Do you think I would be ok trusting the electronic temp gauge and meat probe that came with the unit? Master built 30" sportsman elite electric ?

I get my stuff out of Walton’s.inc in Wichita Kansas. Very good stuff but my one advantage is I am able tp pick it up at the border. Just google them and check their catalogue.k

I buy their bulk spices and make my own rubs and sausage seasonings. I find their prices on bulk spices quite reasonable compared to grocery stores.

Ive been using the pre-mix spice from butchers and packers and found it to be the best one so far. The best one is the "peppered"

X2 on the peppered. I do 8 pound batches in my Masterbuilt. I do not use the cure that comes in the package but add a cup of red wine and a tablespoon of pickling spice for some extra zing. Let is soak over night, mixing occasionally, best jerky so far.
