Default Photographer Looking for Hiking Cabin to Rent

Hi all,

I am a nature photographer always looking for new areas to hike with opportunities to capture exciting wildlife photos. I have been searching for cabins to rent that provide shelter with ample hiking. I would prefer rustic hike-in or fly-in locations or trappers cabins on water if possible. I have seen a lot of fly-in places but the cost usually includes boats and fishing gear, but I'm not really there to fish. Would appreciate any ideas. Thanks!

Mount Assiniboine Lodge

They have fully catered cabins, or self cooking Naiset huts.

My favourite valley to visit.

I forgot about the AAC huts as well. The Stanley Mitchell hut comes to mind. Open year round and quite nice accomodations. The Fryatt hut is also nice and is located in Jasper if you are coming from northern Alberta it's a easier drive.

Also worth going to is the Skoki Lodge. Located the the Skoki valley right near Lake Louise. It is a popular backounty ski spot and is open year round. Hike in is easy with many easily accessible peaks/lakes. Skoki Mt, Fossil Mt, Ptarmigan Mt, and Brachiopod Mt to name a few.
