Default Red deer river

Is there anyone who lives near the river that could give me an update on water conditions?????

Open from the dam to hwy 54 bridge. I can't comment below that point. Tea stained water and lots of icebergs

Still mostly iced over with some water flowing on top through the City. The occasional open area. I think opening day is May 15 for the Red Deer area.

The south bank around oriole park has about 8-10 foot of ice stretching onto the river on it.
north bank is ice free. Closer to downtown or gaetz is almost completely gone.
(as of last night)
