I will bring uniform coyotes next year, might help my cause.

Maybe go on a diet too?

Perhaps a dedicated rigorous training program “Chariots of Fire” style???

I also recommend levying cash fines to skinners for damage in addition to the time penalty!

was sure wondering about the treatment thing too......would have been afraid of damaging my dogs the way they were being pulled.

Na, the way we pull is proper, normal, bad/sloppy knifework is often the problem. But you leave the fancy stuff at home and bring the lower grade stuff. Like skinning shack rule, always thaw/skin/process the best first and ugly stuff last, make sure it gets done. Mind you, on the last round when gary called to see if i had any coyotes left for skinning contest, i picked the most froze and skinned anything that was either soft or beautiful.

Ryan D the one year brought a whole whack of beauty sask coyotes, very nice size and very pretty. Nicest coyotes ever at the big contest, i on the other hand leave those kind at home.

The west lock rendezvous they were looking for coyotes to skin an I brought three rubbed, little southern Alberta coyotes an Garrett patten got his best time with one of them. Said it almost fell off the carcass compared to the big bush coyotes he was skinning that winter.

Im thinking that its not only coyote size that matters as Marty said.Once he hits that diet and excercise program he should clean up in the over fifty, seniors, category.Us old guys cant hold a candle to those fit young bucks.Good to see a couple of older gents trying, though.Enjoyed the vid.
