Snowy was good as a ground meat mixed with some pork, added salt and pepper and bbq as a burgers. Wouldn’t know that this was a goose meat, tasted just like beef and pork mix. We also used Montreal steak spice and Worstershershire souse with lots of onions.

It’s chilli with enough spice you could use ground rat and it would still taste good

Made a pot last week. All of our fall birds were canned, so I shred a couple of jars and use with my regular chilli recipe. i Found it requires a bit less water compared to hamburger, but tastes as good. Works for tacos as well. I’ll shred a jar, warm slightly and add veggies and a gravy, for those quick meal days.

With enough of the right seasonings you can make a cow patty taste like a hamburger - just ask A&W

Sausage, tacos, chili, meatloaf... All would be good. As stated above you add enough other flavours and spices it tastes superb. 😀
