The patterns in this book are a little bit outdated now but it's a classic for the collector's library.

I think I found my copy many years ago at Chapters but best bet now is likely second hand book stores

That's true, I was a bit rash there considering I'm still tying many of them!

This book is no longer in print.

You may find someone who would loan you a copy or the clubs might have it in their libraries.

Its a fantastic book with many great patterns, but I am slightly biased.

Default Download available

In 1998 Denny’s Fly Tying Specialties published a book of Alberta fly patterns titled “Flies for Alberta”. This book was authored by Reg. Denny, Ian Denny, and Roy Ramdeen. The surviving authors feel that this book should live on, and as such they have decided to produce a revised version in electronic format for anyone that wants to have it. The book is still copyrighted and cannot be sold, however it free to use by anyone that wants to download it. It is hoped that by releasing this electronic version, the legacy of the book and the patterns within it will live on!
