Monsters! You can't catch fish like that on opening day. What goals will be left now and you just started

I think Speckle's main goal these days is just being able to get out of bed and go fishing- he ain't no spring chicken, ya know!

Must be eating very well- the handling techniques are not conducive to "catch and release".....

Thumbs up Opening Day Trout

Given that they are stocked fish.... its probably okay to keep one for dinner now and then..... particularly the Brookie..... I am sure they were not wasted or sitting in the freezer..... and most people fishing those lakes go home fish-less do to lack of experience..... I am sure they release more then they keep...

No wonder some people are reluctant to post pics on the forum.

I have fished with Speckle55 and he is very familiar with proper C&R
fish handling techniques - he also likes to eat fish as many of us do!

I've never met these two fellows, but they seem like impeccable men when it comes to harvesting fish. They share a lot of pictures and stories of their adventures. I have no problem if they keep a fish or two or if they release everything they land.

Those that do should find themselves a tree hugger forum to complain on.

Wow, what a great comment...
Deep, how are you own handling techniques? Well let's take a look:

I fail to see how your day of "poor handling" techniques is any different than speckles. Except that his fish are 10x the size of yours....oh,....never mind...that jealousy thing explains your post.

Nope, not busted at all. Like Speckle I too have had many years of fishing and enjoy the very odd one. 99% of my fish are returned from an unbaited fly or lure. Thanks for the motivational advice fellas.....

Why don't you explain your first comment then. This is your fault for that comment, not anyone else. So don't play like some innocent mostly C&R guy.

So what is it? Speck's fish was too big to keep in your opinion? You didn't like the handling techniques? Or your comment meant that you think Speck has a lot to eat now?

We are waiting...
