Thanks for the write up. Seen your pics on Facebook, and now glad to read the story to go with it. It's Brett by the way.

I think you should have a get together story night with pictures, movies and a few drinks - the drinks are on us, lol! You created so much interest in your adventure here! We would love to see more pictures and I’m sure you have more stories to tell...

That's a cheap bear, compared to Alaska.

That was worth the wait. Somehow, a hunt is not so quickly forgotten when you can have peek at the end result on a daily basis. May all your hunts be true adventures.

Maybe me stupid...

^ Haha (without mean intent). It’s not eye sockets.

Nice moose, Mark! Hope to get to Kamchatka one day. Beautiful place, one of the most beautiful in the world.

Default 2 years

Did it take 2 plus years to get your euro back from Russia or was it at a taxidermist here in Kanukistan?
Enjoyed the story MarkyMark.

The 2 plus years was my fault
I was busy with work and missed a couple of their emails to ship it out a lot sooner

I used a 300 win mag on this hunt
Shot it with 200 gr a-frames
First shot was broad side standing still, second was after he was hit and running across the clearing
Both fully expanded and went right through

That’s a lot of bull. Very pointy. Must be a hell of a fight in the rut.
Congrats.
