Default Waterproofing Meindl boots

Those of you who have Meindl boots, how do you waterproof them other than using their products. Picked up a pair and realized when I got home I should have picked up their products. Too far to travel back. BEL

I love this stuff. They make a silicon water proof as well.

I use Nikwax on my boots. They say it’s important to use something that is compatible with goretex, I can’t prove it but I go with it.

Obenauf's in the liquid from as it is a natural beeswax base product. I use it on my Meindl boots and no issues regarding Gortex compatibility. I have tried the Nikwax but does not perform as well as the Obenauf product does.

I used Nikwax on previous boots and have some on hand. Where does one get obenauf? Snow seal at Canadian Tire I think. BEL
