There doesn't appear to be any. Some of the 200's are a bit difficult to work out(never hunted the 200's)

I was just replying to what was posted. Now that I look at the regs and seasons more closely it does not appear to work like that. Like I said it is easier to answer the question with a specific WMU rather than hypothetical scenarios.

I agree....the key part of missing info was the WMU in question.

I know there are zones where spikers are legal.....but what I was asking is there a zone where the rules change between archery only seaon and general season?.....I don't think there is.

ie. during archery only "antlered" , during general "3-point specification" for the same zone.

Hey guys

Sorry I didn't Check back on this until now; I thought it was a done thread 15 min after I posted it.

The zone I was talking about was 312.
I know what the rifle rules are and I assumed that they were the same for bow, but someone else said different. So yes, I was trying to confirm whether or not it is a different set of rules for bow.
I'm still siding with no, the rules are the same, leaving the spikes safe.

Maybe this and a few other misconceptions could be written up as one of those stories for next years Reg booklet. Regulation misconceptions resolved!

Anyone know who or where to contact the editor?

Really? For WMU 312 which the OP is asking about, it is indeed only a 3 point antlered or antlerless (less than 4") during archery season. No spikes.

There are no general archery seasons on spikes at all in the 300s, and only 410 in the 400s, none in the 500s, and only 200, 202, 203, 232, 234, 212, 248 in the 200s.
