WTB: 3wt euro nymph rod

Looking for a budget friendly euro nymph rod if such a thing exists. I'd like to get more into nymphing with the proper gear without breaking the bank. 10 or 10.5 ft. Not looking to spend more than a couple/few hundred bucks if possible. Plenty of fishing, hunting, shooting gear to trade if interested
