For me not a target bear, no crease, no belly. Ears don't look small on his head. He is a pass for me.

All you need is a bigger bear in the area.

I saw the picture before I read your post. First thought that came to mind was a small bear! Definitely a pass for me.

That's for sure! LOL

Well, I'll do my part to help you... I'll wish you good luck! Here's hoping a tank of a bruin will reward your efforts!

I'd give him a pass. If this is a 2 bear zone I would consider it if he was slightly bigger and save the second tag for a big boar. Bear meat is bear meat.

If he's there constantly he definitely won't scare a bigger bear off. Get in the stand.

5 foot 8.
16.5" skull.

Fill a tag and eat him up.

It's a legal bear, you have a bear tag...what's the hold up? If it was me I'd have the sausages made already. All the self control of a mosquito in a nudist colony

Small bear narrow head big ears in relation to head and legs and paws thin. Its definitely a legal bear however so depends what you are after. Keep in mind where there is one bear there are more and if its a female then who knows what gronk she draws in at the end of May when the rut starts.
