How refreshing to see some common sense prevail. Maybe this will set a precedent with some of the crap that is sure to surface too soon.

Isn't scrotum waxing a fundamental right under the Charter?
I can see someone we all know lining up to make public apology for this one
Just as an aside isn't there something fundamentally wrong with the statement refused to wax her scrotum?

Really good to hear. That person should be behind bars. He is a menace to society, and poses a risk to innocent people unfortunate enough to have to interact with him.

Not all of us bite our tongues. U guys still working have no choice, but being retired makes a guy bullet proof. It is really nice to be able to say what you know is true and also know there is nothing anyone can do to you for saying it.

I am somebody who is a live and let live kinda guy. I don't care if you are a man, woman, trans, non-binary, straight, gay, bi or whatever. All I care about is that you are not an idiot and that you are good to others and respectful to those around you. Unfortunately, Jessica Yaniv falls into idiot category and appears to be a vindictive, angry person who thinks the world owes her something it doesn't. She really is hurting the same community she professes to defend and it is a shame.

I don't even care if they stick it in my face... I am capable of turning my head if I was so offended, but there is a big difference of sticking it in our faces versus forcing someone to perform an act they are not comfortable doing. If she was asking for eye waxing from a place that does eye waxes and refused because she is trans then I could see her being chapped, but asking women who only do waxing on women's parts to wax a scrotum and then being offended they are not comfortable handling male organs, well that is plain stupid.

I'm actually shocked that the ruling went the way it did. In the majority of recent SJW court cases common sense went out the window. Being a clown just cost that man 6K. Love it. I hate political correctness, I often hear " you can't say that" when I offer my opinion on freaks, SJWs, he-shes and any other special interest groups. My response us always " i just did". Sad part is that it's infecting our schools, my boys have had to be corrected and set straight by me a few times over the last couple years because pinko millenial teachers are filling their heads that this type if stuff is normal.
