Pigeon Decoys

Does anyone know where I can get pigeon decoy or how to make them?
I really do not want to order from the UK or from the states. Will dove decoys work for pigeons? If so where can I get some or how can I make them? Thanks

I get a lot of pigeons in my decoy spread while I am duck hunting. Try a baby mojo spinner or you can get small teal or even dove spinners that might work just as good for less money
