Angry Moultrie Game Spy Camera Stolen

This hunting season I had one of my camera's stolen west of Caroline, zone 326. I have a pretty good idea of who took it, as one of my other camera's have footage of the vehicle going down the right of way and another with the individual carrying my camera. Dureing the rest of the hunting season I seen this vehicle several times. I actual talked to the guy once. I will give this individual a chance to return the camera from were he got it or I could just wait until next year and see what happens. Any thoughts of what a hunter should do ?
