Default S. Alberta Antelope archery draw, how long?

I'm just wondering generally how long it takes to get drawn in southern alberta for archery antelope, this is only my second year applying, so i"m expecting to wait a few more years.

unless populations improve significantly meaning tag increases, a P2 could easily be waiting 30 years to draw by todays numbers. hopefully a few things change soon.

To a more precise page... http://mywildalberta.com/Hunting/Hun...de-10-2012.pdf

Pending on the year and quota and also number of applicants which is growing every year ...some zones as much as 400% more applicants as time goes on, some zones a pri 4 was 100% last year but there were only 7 applicants that were pri 4 this year there will be 37 applicants for pri 4

There above link will show you last years quota and # of applicants for each zone..

Neil

Yup, a P5 will still get you in the less popular zones I think, I hope, haha.
