CLB, that's one of the nicest trophy rooms I 've seen in a awhile. Colors, furniture and of course critters, sweeet work.

What's the scoop on those 2 muleys, and who did your taxi work??

The two muleys are my 2005 and 2006 archery bucks. The big one grosses 215 the other 190. I am replacing the 190 with my 2010 muley which grossed 235 and change. Taxidermy was done by Harvey Kay in Maple Creek, Sask. The pedestal and habitat was done by myself and my dad.

Some real nice looking stuff on here. I started a thread like this last year as I began working on my cave and just got carpet in it this week. I should be hanging mounts this weekend. I can't wait to get it done! A guy needs his space. I will get some pics posted upon completion.

CLB quick question, wouldn't that big pile of shed antlers start to stink up your basement a bit. I remember my uncle had a bin full of them and when you opened the cabnit you could sure smell them.

I have kida started a man cave in my room.. so far just got 2 mounts (just antlers) and a shotgun hangin on a gun rack (not functional). Definatly going to hang up an old map and mark the places where i have hunted. Also soon to come (assuming my parents are cool with it) is a mule mount and a big ole pike.

There is no smell to them at all. They are no different than the antlers on a mount.

I've made a few color changes since these pics were taken, but no updated photo's. You still get the idea.

Heres a few pics from my man cave. We renovated our house a couple years ago and this was our garage. The floor is refurbished fir from the B.C coast. We used 3/4 inch plywood under the drywall so we could hang the mounts wherever without finding a stud. The room is heated solely by the gas fireplace. I figured this would cut down on the dust .There are a lot of memories in this room which makes it all worth it.

Here's a few pics of my room out in the shop. i have been workin on it for while now, and still more to do with the display units and hanging pictures and more barnwood. Heated with gas fireplace. Its also set up for all my reloading, which is a good way to spend time out there. Still workin on fillin up the wall space....My African animals should be here in February...fingers-crossed.
