WMU 504 bear hunting

So like the title says I'm looking for a little direction in spring bear hunting in WMU 504. I'm looking to dip my toes in baiting this coming up spring. I've went for a few drives and there's lots of oat fields and stuff for this fall which I'm going to give a go this fall as well. There's a ton of lease and private land and a little crown. I have no problem getting asking permission on private land but I'm a little lost on where to start looking to set up a bait and how to go about this on grazing lease land. Thank you in advance!
