I liked Jespersen. I didn’t always agree with him but he usually had an entertaining show.

If anyone has more info about the comments that got him sacked, please let us know what happened.

Agree that the afternoon host needs to change it up or be replaced.

Heard one of his car ads yesterday; I would guess the nice ride and Oilers gig left with the Ched contract.

Can't listen to the early show either, with Chelsea Bird as her entire vocabulary consists of:

"Can you tell us what that "looks like?"
"can you unpack this for us?"
"thanks so much"

and that annoying thing everyone does now where there's that quick, subtle sigh before you try and explain you viewpoint.

Can't believe anyone in Alberta could have any respect for smith after what she did to the Wildrose party in 2015. Almost singlehandedly handed notley and the ndp the province of Alberta. Crossed the floor to join prentice and took 9 or was it 10 mla's with her just before the election. There are names for women like that. Don't think I can use those names here, but you can find that type of women in darkened corners in downtown Calgary, or so I hear anyway.

I only listen to the sports shows on 630 Ched. None of the other hosts they have are worth listening to, including Smith. With what she did as leader of the Wildrose, I cannot believe a word she says.

Stauffer and Wilkinson are the only hosts they have worth listening to. If we had the CFL going I'd add Scott and Campbell to my listening preferences.

Couldn’t stand the guy myself,he was a narcissistic blowhard who adored the sound of his own voice. But, regardless of what he said (chimps etc), if he had the ratings they would have kept him on. He rubbed most people the wrong way and I think his audience was fading fast, so Global used the first opportunity to punt him.

I expect to see him run in the next provincial election for the Alberta Party or the Libs or the NDP. Whichever party he thinks gives him the best shot at the trough.
