RPAL renewal

hey sure this is been up before , i dug into it a bit on here .....any not satisfied with answers so here we go ...

anyhow googled rcmp renewal etc etc ,thought it be simple but i get some sign in crap to do with banks or something in option A

option B is a GC key code or some such crap ....... i dont have online banking

whats the process to renew online ? do i gotta get a new picture ? anyone got a proper link
