I am in the camp of it being the rear end of a whitetail. The tail area, looks very white.

Good one.....

I'm a bit surprised at the mis-identification of species as well.

It has been 6 days, do we have an official answer yet? My initial thought was mule deer doe, and when I zoom is as much as possible it appears the tail is still down which confirms it to me. I want to know if I am right.

Ok this is only to add to my count.

Looking at this photo I see birch?

At 12:30 or 1pm depending on your reference I see an object that could be a deer.
At 11 am I see something?

Otherwise I do see a good day because it seems to be sunny.
