Default Buying stuff suspiciously cheap - Q4U

Just saw that Ladybowtech had a bow stolen - that's terrible. I can't believe that there are people in the archery community who would knowingly buy something stolen.

I won't buy something if I think it might be stolen (and I don't mix in circles where stolen stuff is for sale) Here's why:

1) Good old Karma, what goes round comes around. I'm not 100% convinced that Karma exists, but it exists enough in my mind to haunt me.

2) Do unto others.... I don't want my stuff stolen, I figure if people didn't buy stolen stuff, less stuff would be stolen. By buying stolen stuff I am supporting ongoing crime

3) Bad vibes. Next to a vehicle's brakes, I can't think of anything that I don't want bad vibes with more than a weapon. (my choice is not to buy stuff from pawnshops for this reason)

4) Against the law

So there you go. What are your thoughts on buying stuff cheap?

Buying something cheap doesn't mean it's stolen. I would not knowingly buy any stolen item.

For sure Pikergolf. And I have bought cheap stuff myself. I do ask questions, and if it feels right I will buy it.

There are plenty of people in every community that don't care and will buy anything

There are tons of people that know karma doesn't exist

Very true

3) Bad vibes. Next to a vehicle's brakes, I can't think of anything that I don't want bad vibes with more than a weapon. (my choice is not to buy stuff from pawnshops for this reason)

Criminals may feel trepidation from the risk when they do crime, it's part of the thrill and challenge which turn to happy vibes and pleasant release of brain endorphins when they get away with stealing.

4) Against the law

Criminals have no respect for the law. It's not the law that prevents crime it's ones conscience. Most criminals ignore this or don't have one. Criminal records or serving jail time gives them bragging rights in the circles they mingle in.

So there you go. What are your thoughts on buying stuff cheap?
