Everyone knows that would be excessive force in Canada.

You have to fire a warning shot in the ceiling, warning shot in floor, if he doesn't cease and desist, 1 shot to the leg, followed up by double tap to chest.

Not necessarily in that order!

I caught the rerun at 11 PM. Great job! When the punishment gets scary the crimes wil diminish. it is a joke right now. Lawyers are happy though, criminals are happy, only the general public is fearful. that should be reversed.
I think they dropped the charges but the guy who was charged in Ontario after they firebombed his property made a bad decision firing a warning shot. When they raised the burning bottle over their head shoot them. No witness and burn the POS evidence! There would be fewer prowlers with firebombs in no time flat.

I want to read the paper and hear about 5 shots in the chest as well!

I've been saying your years that we have a legal system, and not a justice system. If we had a JUSTICE system, then many of these issues would probably go away.
