Default Electric trailer dollies?

There are on line ads for one of these that a guy in a wheelchair is using to park a 15 foot trailer. The price is $49.99. It has to be a scam but I'd really like to hear opinions from you folks. I'm still one of those people who are not good at trailer parking. thx.

Even the manual dolly's are $300+... Electric's start around $1500 - $2000, new.

I saw those too - they look like a stainless R/C tank.

There's gotta be a catch. $49.99 won't even cover the shipping for a device that is supposed to handle a 600 lb. tongue weight...
