It’s bad when I wake myself up. Sound like Honda cr500 two stroke.

Been tested for sleep apnea twice. Negative. Turns out I have Chronic Sinusitis. I use Breathrite strips and Neilmed sinus rinse, works great sleep way better. Bonus no more snoring.

Reminder guys if you have calcium in your cpap water chamber throw in some vinegar let it sit a couple hours and its spiffy clean.

Ive used the dental appliances. Stops the teeth from breaking because of grinding
Had all the soft tissue removed from my mouth. That surgery sucks. Doesnt stop snoring
Cpap since 1998

My snoring was so bad our neighbors used to complain.
If i fall asleep without my cpap my kid smacks me and tells me to put it on. Brave kid.

Better yet, use distilled water (approx $2-3 per gallon at most any grocery store) then you don't get any crud building up in your CPAP. Doesn't elimiinate the need to clean, but at least you won't need vinegar or CLR to clean it.

I use only distilled water in my humidor's humidifier to avoid issues like this. Used it in my wife's CPAP machine for the couple of months she used the machine and it still looks brand new.

Default Boozy snore

No booze = no snore.
Add booze = Big snore.
Needless to say... quite a bit of snoring.

The wife snores really bad. It became worse towards the end of her last pregnancy. I get to hear it again happily because we have another bundle of joy on the way 😁 horrible timing, anyways she took home some devise to measure her sleep pattern and they said she is fine. Basically whatever machine they hooked her up to is faulty or doesn’t work that good. I’m a very deep sleeper and she wakes me up regularly. Boo
