First, use the old cleaning rod trick and measure your actual twist. I have found lots of rifles with a twist faster or slower than advertised. If you have a true 1:10 I would load them at the starting load, and give them a try at 300 yards. It won't be hard to tell if they are stable. If they aren't stable at the starting load, I would not use them, even though they will get more stable at higher speeds. I have been able to shoot a fair number of bullets well, from guns that had slower than recommended twists and that is how I test the bullet.
