Whats it going to be like as far deer population goes? With this harsh winter and thaws are there going to be alot of deer around come the 2011 season?
I found three dead deer in less than an hour yesterday, All three looked like the coyotes pushed them off the trails and killed them in the deep snow. Two were buck fawns the third was a doe.
Now with the crust the dogs are running on top, the deer are in big trouble!
I saw a pack of 5 in another spot heading home but had to get to work, so i imagine that was another kill!
