The tape only touched the inside and outside spread .. That's it never was officially scored .

There was no score in said magazine. It would not be a terribly flattering net score anyhow.

it was also in christensons huntung illustrated. initial reports were around 240....but what ive been hearing is more like 215. very few know for sure, but after seeing it in person, i would tend to think the second score would be close.

I agree but there are lots of people that are hung up on a score. I don't care what the deer scores but the character it has.

Nobody knows for sure. Jesse doesn't even know because its never had a tape put on it. I'm guessing in the same range as you - 215-225ish

I'm not one of those people who is hung up on a score either , I was just curious as to what a deer like that would measure , I do find it hard to believe though that a deer like this has never had a tape on it ..

If its the same deer in the video, saw it at the Medicine Hat Trophy Day, actually talked to Jesse myself, said he's never had it scored and probably wouldn't, score dosen't matter, either way its a heck of a great deer, would like good on my wall
