Default Looking for a cabin or VRBO to rent

Looking for a cabin or VRBO to rent for a proximately one month this summer. Interested in Alberta, BC or Montana. Let me know if you know of one to rent or have stayed at one that you would recommend. At or near a lake is key! Thank you.

Default How about Golden?

Friends of ours own this. Not on a lake, but on the Blaeberry River. Lakes nearby. Pet friendly. Very popular so plan ahead.

A few years ago we stayed on the Shuswap for a week at VRBO rental #87054. It was a rustic/eclectic mix of an old trailer with multiple additions and was one of the more affordable lake front cabins at the time. It's had more renos/additions since we were there and the pics look quite nice. It had multiple decks and a private dock, oh ya, it was boat access only - no road in. It was solar powered, bottled water in the kitchen, toilet/shower was fed by the creek behind. We are thinking of going back again.

I always enjoy going to this place when in BC. Reasonable rates and boat included in cabin rental.
