Last chance at calling season Moose...

As apparently one cannot call a 1-900 number from Shaw phone, I missed out on the undersubscribed tags in my zone for moose in the calling season. They do go open on general tags in November, but...

I'd like to try for one earlier, and frankly could really use the meat. My last opportunity for that seems to be the archery season in the low 500's (500 - 506 more or less) ending October 31.

Can anyone give me some advice as to a good spot to try in that zone for moose? I would much appreciate any pointers. I'm in Fort McMurray, so 503 is the closest near Wandering River.
