Whitecourt/Fox Creek Elk?

So I'm here workin this week, and my daylight hours are all "off" time. Is there any Elk around here? I'm down at the end of sec. # 947 kinda....basically right in the middle of wmu 347. Anybody care to share any intel in this area?
