I guess you don't get the whole point of it, We did not pay to be in a tent, he told us we would be in a log cabin, therefore, if we would have been in the log cabin pretty sure the wind wouldn't have taken the stove pipe out because the areshole didn't care enough to install it properly. and yes 5000 in damages for gear is probably a lot less than actual for 2 people and all their hunting gear.
