Default Fort Mac Fly Fishers!

Most of our smaller rivers and streams open up this weekend! I'm looking forward to it...it's been a long winter!!

Anyone have any plans to get out?

Unhappy Will be working😒

Sadly I will be working. I will however hit a few small creeks for some grayling action and then hit the Clearwater for some goldeye when I get the chance. I have a few sections of the Christina I want to try this summer as well

I'm going to get up to the Cascade Rapids on the Athabasca in the next few days. Pretty low water but I should be able to make it.

Unfortunately I will be south for the weekend at the lake, but plan on putting the long rod to work on some walleye in the near future on the river!

And the Cat came back!

Welcome back buddy, you were sorely missed. I tried to track you down on CGN but your inbox was always full.

Cheers!

Been meaning to have a grayling fish, on the house river for a couple years now.
