Best places to eat in Jasper
We plan to stay in Jasper for a couple of nights next week. Not quite sure where yet.
What are the better restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

Eating In Jasper
We were just there on the past weekend.
We ate at Evil Dave's, and at the Crimson. Both were good meals.
Very busy as the Jasper In January festival is on.

Breakfast at the Athabasca Hotel, lunch at Jasper pizza place, and supper at Jasper Brewing Co. Don't forget to stop at Bears Paw bakery for Coffee and some treats!

Strange people like Evil daves
I ate their and it was just horrid ! food tasted like it was microwaved
tried them a second time because they are rated well online , figured they may have just been having an off night . Second time food was still terrible and the waiter was the most arrogant a@#^ole i have ever had pleasure of meeting
I can highly reccomend the Raven Bistro , very very good food !

x2 on the Raven. Beckers is also excellent, but not sure if they're open in the winter.

Try the Dirty Dog for a great burger or Jasper pizza for the pizza or poutine.

Raven Bistro, Sawridge, KimChi House(Korean), Jasper Inn are my go to places for dinner. For lunch we usually go to Famoso, Cafe Mondo, or Earls, but just had lunch with Homesteader at North Face Pizza today. It's improved since the new owners took over.

I liked Embers steak house, but this was about 8 years ago and I see they have luke-warm reviews now.
I also like the cinnamon buns at Bearspaw bakery. Used to get one of them every time I went through Jasper to BC. They are as close as to how my mom made them when I was little as any bakery I have ever found. Nice and fluffy with yummy caramelized brown sugar on top...sorry if you don't like cinnamon buns, but I am dreaming out loud here.

If you like seafood try Fiddle River, and if your in Jasper you have to have a pint and a plate of nachos at the Athabasca, awesome lounge.

KimChi House(Korean) x2 and there is a good cheap breakfast on the main drag in the lobby of a hotel that slips my mind right now.
Cool fishing store right next to the earls as well.

Another vote for Jasper Pizza Place.
Not the best service but the food is great. We eat there everytime we go to the JPL.

For a decent meal that won't break the bank go to LuLu's. It's across from the ATB branch and Bearspaw bakery is around the corner. We actually prefer LuLu's to Jasper Pizza.
It's not fine dining but the place is clean and the service is fast. Staff is friendly and efficient. My kids asked to go there for dinner after a day of skiing a few weeks ago. The oldest had lasagna, the youngest just wanted poutine with those cheese things melted on it. Was about $22 including a decent tip.
If you want a more formal dinner the Raven is good. If you really want to go all-out there is Jasper Park Lodge. JPL will cost you a good deal more!
