Hart bottom with a Sinclair top on the front rest, Bald eagle rear bag.
This is just for zeroing rifles or working up loads.
My practice with a hunting rifle is done without a bench rest, but with my mono pod or kneeling or offhand.

Thanks!
Ask the company you found the bags at about shipping cost. Make sure you insist USPS shipping not UPS. UPS will kill you with brokerage fees.

Same here! Except my pants are filled with wheat I borrowed from the chickens. And they DO give one hole groups! Even with a Savage rifle shooting ammo loaded on a Lee press! Oh! The humanities!

I have shot some amazing groups with just sand bags as well - and Savage rifle .
In fact there was a recent World record set using a Savage rifle in 338 Lapua off a bi pod , and I remember a crazy 1 Mile record that was broken using using a Savage action and s Shilen ( ?) barrel in .7mm Shortmag.

I was lucky enough to pick up one of these for about a hundred US off of ebay. They are out of business and I got a clearance one. Love it!

Which front/rear bag you will need depends on your rifle stock width and style.I'm pretty sure they will ship the Bald Eagle bags if you contact Grizzly. They're a good bag. Protektor bags are good also, order unfilled.

This is the bag I put on it. I doubt you will find that shooting rest anymore as the company is out of business.

Bald Eagle rests are still listed on Grizzly's site,Cast iron in stock,Aluminum rest coming.
Unless I'm missing some thing here? Also ,did Midway start shipping to Canada again?
I just order direct from Protektor.
https://protektormodel.com/collectio...-ear-front-bag
with this rear bag as an example.
https://protektormodel.com/collectio...y-ear-rear-bag

I just picked the midway link to show what bag I had, I did not mean to insinuate I got it from midway, I don't remember where I got it, it was from the States though.

When I ordered my rest I contacted Grizzly, they would not ship to Canada. But... they did direct me to ebay where they also sold them, just not under the Grizzly name. I have no idea what difference it made to them, maybe they did not want to step on the toes of their Canadian sister company Busy Bee.

Some USA based vendors of offshore products also operate ebay stores that often sell products significantly cheaper than their own .com website.
I suspect there may be tariff or other regulatory paperwork advantages.

Is there any corporate or financial connection between Grizzly Industrial USA and Busy Bee Tools?

They both import & sell offshore made machine tools,
AFAIK, Grizzly products are mainly Chicom, and Busy Bee India, but YMMV.

I'm not sure what the connection is, but I read they are connected. Brothers I believe, but don't quote me on that.

Interesting, and to keep in mind.

Grizzly has a full range of interesting lathes with features designed for gun-smithing. AFAIK they are Chicom, but may be mistaken, and am now curious.
Busy Bee products seem more intended for low end hobby use.

I have never purchased from Grizzly, and Busy Bee products, quality, and business policies have little attraction.
I have had mixed service, but surprisingly good quality and excellent value Chicom machine and measuring tools from Shars (shars.com), but I suspect the new tariffs are the cause of increased prices.

Good Luck, YMMV.

I have used many rests over the years and i have shot a lot.
10 years at sherwood park,
15 at Devon,
5 years at St Albert
2 years at Stony plain
5 years threw the Ft Sack. Club.

What I do not like are the set ups that use sand bags .
After ever shot you take you need to reset the bag.

So I ended up building my own, out of steal and used felt for the rest
What I really like about it ,I can screw down the back, or clamp it to the table so I get zero recoil when shooting my Magnums.
My 2 inch groups are now touching each other.

I am thanking of selling her now that I am no longer a member of any ranges.
