Default Bow river

Hi guys, im going to the river near policeman's flats one day this week, since I haven't been there since the floods I was wondering what flies were working, im fairly new to fly fishing so I have no idea

If you like would like to fish a dry, I had a lot of eats yesterday afternoon on a hopper. Foam. If you would rather drown something, pick a nymph of whatever you see hatching and you should be in business. If you're unsure about the bugs, #16 pheasant tail or hares ears should cover you right now.

Prince nymph has done me well. Why not run hopper dropper set up. Cheers
