Default Pumpkin seeds

Any decent recipes?

We usually use seasoning salt and pepper and a bit of oil. Into the oven until they dry up a bit. Nothing too fancy.

When they’re still slimy from it’s pumpkin birth I toss in desired seasoning then roast at 350 for a bit of roasted flavour or 275 for more of a dehydrated style.

I found a recipe last night that said to boil in salt water before roasting to get more salt flavour inside the seeds. I usually overdo it so im not sure if I noticed a difference.

I'll usually wash and dry them well then toss them in a little beaten egg white and then Kosher salt. Into the oven to roast.
