Default Shaw Satelite

Shaw called me with a promotion.Dish and reciever installed 30 bucks tax in and a 100 dollar credit. No contract 30 days notice to cancel. My question is does shaw have any good hunting channels? We have gone for 4 years without tv but it would be kind of nice for the winter.

They have a various programs for just about everything although I will say that a lot of programming is geared toward deer. I have had Bell & wouldn`t go back to them if they paid me to. Have had star Choice for roughly 10 years. Wild TV and the WFN channels are great!!!!!!!

We just got Telus satelite tv installed ( were with shaw direct) but for 30.00 a month for the first 6 month we got 1 HD pvr and 1 regualar HD receiver, after 6 months it will go up to 70.00 which is still better then Shaw or Bell since you have to buy their receiver.

(Telus by the way uses Bell satelites)

I'm happy with the satelite/pvr etc. but the customer servive with Telus is another story .

They have wild tv and if you just watch the odd show nothing wrong with them. If you plan on getting a PVR stay away from Shaw Direct/Starchoice!
