Default Dogs help combat depression

https://www.cnn.com/videos/sports/20...s/alpine-edge/ I knew that and I'm delighted that she has picked rescue dogs, they are helping one another. her love of animals/dogs will last her a lifetime.

I like to read stories like this, I think her dog Lucy is a King Charles spaniel but I may be wrong.

I agree with what you're saying, but that ^ vid link took me to a winter cycling video.

Winter cycling I do believe dogs would help with depression though.

And when the dog gets bored and chews up a $900 dollar smart phone, and $1200 dollar lap top, your $600 dollar security chipped car keys and pukes on your $4000 dollar sofa ?

Just remember how UN- Depressed you were,,,

The dog died peacefully about 12 years ago, waiting for the kids at the school bus stop,

The kids had been finished attending high school for about 5 years,

but he went to the bus stop every afternoon at 3:55 pm

Won't have another one, , ,

The vid in post #1 shows some guy riding a bike downhill in winter, but nothing about dogs.

We'd like to see the vid you were talking about. Please

Ours has depression issues of his own, been acting awfull strange lately. He's been closing doors lately would you believe. He has two sleeping places, one by the front door and one in the back walk out hallway. The last couple of weeks he's taken to pushing the door to the back hallway closed, 11 o'c lock, door is wide open, first few times it was 45 degr. and then fully closed, in the morning. Only other explanation is Poltergeist.

Default Way to go DAVE!

Thanks for finding and posting the correct link.

To the member who's dog kept meeting the bus, there are many stories like that around the world. There is a statue in England to "Blackfriars Bobbie" a scottie dog who did the same thing long after his owner died.

Dogs are amazing critters and they spend their lives loving us as much as they can.
