Default string supressor issue

Tonight at CAC one of my string supressors came off my bow and another is damaged, going to fall off soon. What would cause this and is there a fix? Sure does not sound right now. I will talk to a tech there next week and see what they say but I thought maybe someone here would have an idea.

Thanks!!

Default Happened to me

It used to happen to me as well. After just one single two hour shoot I would have damage. I pushed them closeer to the cam and wheel where they enjoy a less violent ride and it fixed the problem.

I'm new to this as well so I'd see how the pros respond to this. I may have rendered them ineffective by doing so.

ok FAF...yes thats a string silencer. they dont last forever for anyone though sims string leeches seem to last a little longer than most. all silencers cost you a few feet per second, but the sound dampening is worth it i think.

just take them off , they really dont do a whole lot and you will also gain a little speed with them off !!!! If you think your bow is a little loud it could also be an under spined arrow !!
