Where can I get a new top half for my fenwick rod they said they won't give me one so I'm looking as where might my best chance be

When you say "They" wont give you one...Who is "They" ?

I have heard really good things about fenwicks customer service, through the fenwick company not where you may of bought it. If it was the fenwick company that refused you one, I find that hard to believe...
