The difference is the stamp, and the "limited edition" name they gave it.
Blaney slapped their peepee when they prohibited these before, and reversed the decision.
They're saying these limited edition ones didn't exist when blaney made the exemption, so they're not subject to the exemption.

So would the rcmp consider a bolt action .308 prohibited if I inscribed " come and get them" on my rifle stock?? "Molon labe"

Isn't ironic that a Government that says all people, no matter sex, sexual orientation, skin color race or creed are the same and to be treated equally, can exercise prejudice against firearms owners simply because of writing and markings on a firearms stock which they own...LibTards at their finest no doubt!
