Cannot seem to find the upper limit on measurement with this chronograph - anyone - was looking at a labradar but they max out a 3900fps

I have measured almost 4200fps with my V2. It will probably measure higher, but that is the fastest load that I have tested.

BuckBrush ! Give western metal in Calgary a look. Check the website. Got my v3 version just before Christmas. Found them to be the least expensive. Could also look at x-reload.

I also measured almost 4000fps with mine. It was for a kindly older gentlemen at the range who asked me if he could try it.

In the destructions for the V3 it under the error messages, one of the error messages says;

VELOCITY TOO HIGH; Calculated velocity is above 7000ft/s (2134m/s)

I would guess that is the limit.

Western metal has them on sale at the moment.
I've measured my .17 fireball at 4100, but did have to change sensitivity setting as it wouldn't pick up the 20 gr at first.
I am pretty impressed by mine.

bullets

My V2 was fine with the 25gr bullets out of the 17FB, and with the 20 gr bullets out of my 17 hornet , with no adjustments, but at less velocity.

X-Reload's price is a little less last time I looked.
