Default PAL question

I've got a non-restricted licence now but I'm wanting to get into shooting handguns also, my question is, what do I have to do to get a restricted licence.

Here's the issue, When I took my tests I passed both the restricted and non-restricted. Thinking I wouldn't buy a handgun anyway I didn't send the extra money for the restricted ticket. So, would I have to re-take the test and do it all over again?

NO, just majke sure you have records you passed both and re-apply for a restricted. You can always call 1-800-731-4000 and get the answer from the horses mouth.
