I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned him, but there's that Russian guy that's always shooting some pretty neat firearms. I can't remember what his channel is called.

One episode he was shooting a fully automatic 12 gauge that recoils downwards. So he was comfortably holding it with just one hand.

I'd love to spend a day shooting some of the toys he gets his hands on.

Not a youtube only thing but for Alberta stuff I really enjoy Fatal Impact.
Well put together and pretty impressive animals they consistently put on the ground. From what I can gather mainly off public land as well.

If you like cooking and you like bbq meat this guy has a very good channel all in Russian with English subtitles but still great.

Pitmaster X has a very good channel as well about that. He's a Dutch guy that does his channel in English.
