Looking for bear meat

I know theres some of you who hunt bear for the hide, I've heard stories of people who leave the rest of the bear behind. I'm interested in trying out some sausage recipies this year but dont have the time to go bear hunting, if anyone ends up with a bear that they dont want to eat I would gladly take it off your hands.

If it's not too much trouble, I'd love to get my hands on a chunk as well. The wife had asked about it, though I don't want to hunt what I will not eat... And an entire bear is quite a bit to eat! I'm in the Edmonton area and can pickup whenever works for you.
