Default Fly fishing in Airdrie Pond/Dewitt pond

I am going for a drive to bass pro tomorrow. Has anybody ever fished dewitt pond. I am planning on starting off using a adam #14. I am using floating line with a 9 foot leader. If anybody know a trick of what to use, could you please give me a message.

Thanks

Try a nymp below the surface such as a copper john or hares ear.

In Dewitt's use a olive scud with a flah back to make it stand out. On a real quick hand twist retrive. Or a dragonfly/damsel nymph
