Default How to find Hunting Club Manager?

We are looking to recruit a manager at an upland game hunting club (1,000 acres) near Olds, Alberta. The club hunts pheasant and partridge and is over 25 years old. Just wondering if anyone has thoughts on how to go about attracting candidates for the role? We are contemplating an advertisement in the AO magazine, but are looking for someone immediately. Help appreciated.

Default AO is fine

but if it were me I would be looking in Ontario and Quebec for with the downturn in the economy a few preserves have been downsized and some quality people might come available or be convinced to move west.

Thanks for your suggestion. I will try extending the Kijiji ad into Ontario.
